About Us

Hubert Gauthier was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been involved with property management from a young age. He helped his parents run their properties, and after high school Hubert got Licensed as a Real estate Agent. Hubert has managed to grow the company from nothing to over 40 units managed in the Acadiana area. Hubert is very active in NAR and has worked with the organization to help promote best practices for property management. Hubert currently lives in Youngsville with his three children.
